A simple and intense infusion of dried chillies and oil; perfect to top pizza, fish or to be used as a condiment in any other dish. Hot chilli oil – an essential in any pantry for a spice lover. I’m sure that from the few recipes that I have posted to this blog it is clear that I quite like to add a little umph to my food. And by that I mean a little something to wake up those taste buds and potentially your sinuses and tear ducts every now and again. Buffalo Chicken Wraps

I know that I’ve said this before but oh how I love that it is spring. I mean even though it has been gloomy and wet for a few days (thanks to the weather in England), but none the less it is warmer which is something that this island girl truly appreciates. So I’m the type of girl that loves and I do mean LOVE spicy food. I do remember a period where practically every day I had chilies or jalapenos or some kind of hot sauce on nearly everything I ate. I did reduce the amount of spices I have on a regular basis, but from time to time I just need to have my spice. And lately I’ve been craving spicy, and these buffalo chicken wraps fulfilled that and more.
